Your company can get back up to 90% of what you paid for staff training, using the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC). Here's what you need to do, in plain steps.
Eligible companies get S$10,000 in SFEC. You don't need to apply. If you qualify, your Corppass admin will have received a letter from Enterprise Singapore.
SFEC covers up to 90% of your out-of-pocket course fee, after the SkillsFuture course grant has been taken off.
Your company needs at least 3 Singaporean or PR staff with CPF contributions, and must pay the Skills Development Levy.
We submit your staff's course grant claim to SkillsFuture Singapore. Once it's approved, your SFEC is worked out and paid to your company automatically.
No form to fill in. You can log in any time to check the status.
Foreign staff don't get the SkillsFuture course grant, so your company pays the full fee first. SFEC can then cover up to 90% of it.
They must complete the class and pass the assessment.
We handle the course grant claim with SkillsFuture Singapore.
IRAS pays SFEC to your company's GIRO or PayNow account. Look for "SFEC" or "SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit".
Current SFEC ends. Training must be finished and claims submitted by this date. Any unused credit is lost.
A new, redesigned SFEC starts. Your current balance does not carry over to it.
From 16 Sep 2026, the SkillsFuture for Business portal is moving to OurWorkforce. If a link takes you there, that's normal.
Log in to the SFEC page with Corppass to see your balance. If nothing shows, check with your Corppass admin. Eligibility letters were sent to them by Enterprise Singapore.
Yes. As long as we registered your staff as company-sponsored, SkillsFuture Singapore works out your SFEC from that record. You just check that the payment comes in.
No. SFEC is for companies only. Staff paying for themselves can use their own SkillsFuture Credit instead.
